Empowering Your Future

PMXPO 2023

Join us at the first installment of PMI's Virtual Experience Series 2023 on 23 March, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT, to learn how resiliency and power skills can prepare you for what lies ahead, and how your actions can have a greater impact on your career.

Greetings, PMI Central Alabama! I am a current doctoral student at the University of the Cumberlands, completing a dissertation in the Ph.D. of Business program with a Project Management emphasis. I would like to voluntarily ask current PMICAC members for your participation in this research study.

My dissertation is tentatively titled A Study of the Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Self-Efficacy in Project Managers. My research is supervised by my professor, Dr. Monica Bess. I am hopeful to survey PMI members on self-efficacy and organizational culture with one combined instrument of two evidenced-based sources: Blomquist’s Project Management Self-Efficacy Scale (PMSE-6) and the Organizational Description Questionnaire (ODQ), to find any significant statistical correlations between the two.

Please mark your calendars for an outstanding opportunity to participate in Joint Chapter Virtual Professional Training. This event will not be one to miss and will be held virtually September 21-22nd.

The event will include top-notch speakers from across the country and provide an opportunity to earn 15+ PDU points!!

Keep an eye out for the upcoming registration link.
