The December 2015 chapter meeting was used as a conduit for highlighting the plans for 2016. The board then opened the floor for input from the members in attendance in relation to:

The board received excellent feedback from the attendees. Below is a summary of what was discussed.
- Programs
- Provide information about the new PDU rule changes – have a slide as part of the monthly slide deck
- Add a short 5 minute presentation to each meeting as a Company Spotlight
- Administration
- Corporate and Community outreach
- What are Central Alabama organizations doing with respect to Project Management
- Do they know about PMI and PMICAC
- Do they know the value of Project Management
- How can PMICAC work with these organizations in a more productive way

- Communication frequency is good
- Provide more details when information is available
- Example – details on chapter meetings
- Make sure the calendar of events is updated with all known events
- The Registration process for events works well

- Reach out to chapter members for teaching volunteers (this needs to be explained better for those that were not in attendance)

- PM Help Session – offer a chance for anyone with current project issues/problems/questions to discuss their issue(s) and see of anyone can offer insight or assistance. The PM Help Sessions could be done at the end of the chapter meetings.
