Donald Wilborn will be speaking about projects that the City of Birmingham is currently undertaking.
Bio: Mr. Wilborn is the Senior Planner, Planning Engineering & Permits for the City of Birmingham. Previously he consulted for the City of Atlanta’s Bureau of Planning and was a Planner for the Community Design Center of Atlanta. He holds a Masters in City Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Sociology from Georgia College & State University.
