Topic: Building an IT Shared Governance Framework

In this session, participants will learn:

• the pitfalls organizations face without a shared governance approach
• the pathway to designing a shared governance approach
• how to build a model to owning shared governance within your organization

Bio: Charlie is a senior program manager skilled in the disciplines of project and program management. Charlie is experienced in Banking, Insurance, Eergy, and Education organizations helping them in the areas of organizational alignment using program management and business architecture. He has served PMI of Central Alabama since first volunteering in 2005 and holding office as VP of Programs, President-Elect, and President. Charlie enjoys golfing, tennis, and traveling in his leisure time.
