Rosie is the chief digital strategy and marketing officer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She oversees the UAB brand and manages teams that include web, social, marketing and CRM (Customer Relations Management). Rosie is marketer by trade and an anthropologist by training. After earning her masters in anthropology and media at the University of Alabama, Rosie co-founded the UAB Media Studies program in the College of Arts and Sciences along with an in-house student creative agency serving the campus. Over the years, Rosie advanced into administrative roles that led her to serve as the lead marketer for the university, promoting over 165 degree programs and the university’s mission pillars focused on education, research, innovation and economic development.
