According to a 2020 Gallup research poll, only 40% of employees in the U.S. are actively engaged in their jobs. Social distancing and working from home present additional challenges to staying engaged with team members and remote work.
The presenter will:

• Identify four key factors that lead to employee engagement (or disengagement)
• Present a case study of why an engaged employee (the speaker) became disengaged and left his employer
• Discuss engagement challenges during the Covid economy and social distancing
