One of the biggest questions I get as a business shifts to agility is "What happens to the PMO?" I think that's a great question to ask and one that I don't see enough good answers around. Bio: Randy has been helping medium-to-large organizations transform themselves to become more agile for the better part of a decade. He's worked at all levels from teams to C-Suites and has worked in many industry verticals, including financial, technology, and aerospace. He uses his experience to make theory down to earth and real.
