Topic: “Project Management Tools - Part II”

There are an overwhelming number of Project Management tools out there today. It hard to navigate through all of them to find which one works best for you. This presentation will show you a few different software to help you can work smarter, not harder. I will be covering JIRA vs Microsoft’s Azure DevOps Server (previously known as TFS) and Microsoft Teams vs. WebEx meetings. My hope is that some of you already own one or two of these software, because I am certainly not trying to sell them.

Bio: For Diane Weldon, it was love at first sight, when she took her first Project Management course in grad school. After getting her master’s degree, while working as a Branch Manager at Compass Bank, she immediately pursued a career as a Project Manager. Once she became a Project Manager at AmSouth Bank (now Regions), she obtained her first project management certification - PMI’s PMP. While studying and taking the PMP exam, she found that she really enjoyed the process of obtaining certifications. So, she now has the following 13 professional certification and doesn’t plan on stopping any time soon.

• SAFe Scrum Master – SSM (2016) from Scaled Agile
• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master – SASM (2017) from Scaled Agile
