Topic: Using Custom Fields and Graphical Indicators to Analyze the Quality of Your Schedule

This webinar will teach you how to create custom calculated fields and graphical indicators in Microsoft Project that will help you identify and resolve quality issues with your schedule. You will learn how to create a custom field to identify tasks that have not been baselined, summary tasks that have dependencies, summary tasks that have resources assigned, and tasks that are in need of being updated. These techniques can be applied to both standalone Microsoft Project, as well as Project Server.

Bio: Ira Brown is the founder and president of Project Widgets, a Microsoft Project Gold Partner specializing in add-on products, implementation services, integration, training, and custom software development for Microsoft Project. He is a published author and leader in the field of project management, and is an internationally recognized Microsoft Project expert. He has over twenty-five years of experience helping organizations implement Enterprise Project Management solutions, while he applies his "front line" experiences to ensure the success of every project.

And in his spare time, Ira is an accomplished musician who will achieve a lifelong dream when he releases an album of his original music, Worth the Wait, later this summer.
