ALFISIG August 2022 Meeting

Topic: The 6 Core Agile Practices
Presenter: Cole Smith, Enterprise Agile Coach | Lean-Agile Center of Excellence | Enterprise

Cole will be reviewing the 6 core agile practices. Together we will look at what they are, why we use them and how they help us perform.

Bio: Cole has studied Lean-Agile methods since his time in college and understood the benefits they can bring immediately. During his career, he has been a team member on agile teams, a Scrum Master, a Release Train Engineer and now an Agile Coach. Having been in all of those different positions, Cole has an appreciation for all of these roles and brings each of those unique perspectives and experiences with him as he works with different groups.

Cole has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama. He also holds several agile related certifications.
