Donny is an author, performance coach, trainer, motivational speaker and Founder of Ingram Management Group. For the last thirty plus years he has worked in the area of sales and sales management as well as training and development for both government and corporate America. Donny is responsible for the development of “Engaging for Success” a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication and attitude. He has been married to wife Charlotte for over 45 years and they have raised three sons. He served over twenty-one years with the United States Air Force and finished his career at Air University in Montgomery Alabama. He also served in the financial services industry for over 20 years.
