 r goals. What happens when life areas collide in conflict? Who are the sta
 keholders affected and what are the consequences? We develop our personal 
 GRID (Guiding Rules Inspiring Direction) to explore the conflicts among th
 e areas and understand how the GRID drives each conflict resolution with g
 uilt-free confidence.
